Our Management
L. Sanders Smith, President and Founder
Mr. Smith has had a successful sales career covering over 25 years. He began his sales career with IBM, after receiving an undergraduate degree in Physics cum laude from Bowdoin College, and a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University. At Columbia, Mr. Smith was awarded a National Science Foundation Fellowship. He held increasingly responsible positions in technology sales and marketing, winning outstanding salesmanship awards on multiple occasions. Mr. Smith became President of Dynatech NewStar, a subsidiary of Dynatech Corporation, where he used his sales and management skills to grow the company from early stage to 70% share of its U.S. market, making NewStar one of the five top performers of Dynatech’s 50 companies.
For the last seven years, Mr. Smith has been president of LSS Associates, a marketing consultancy. In 2013, LSS Associates changed its name to Impact Masters, LLC, to reflect the company’s increased focus on online reputation management.
